EBISS (Effective Behavioral and Instructional Support Systems) is an implementation project designed to increase student outcomes through effective district use of the Schoolwide Reading Model and PBIS. Districts receive ongoing professional development and technical assistance to support leadership knowledge and fidelity of implementation of evidence-based school-wide reading practices and PBIS.
